Sustainability - Our ESG Framework

Building a kidney-care company that lasts a generation.

Patients on our medicines will be patients for decades. They deserve a supplier they can rely on for decades too. Our ESG posture is the institutional discipline that makes that possible.

The framework

Three pillars. One company.

Our framework follows the structure used by globally-recognised pharmaceutical companies - adapted to our scale and stage.

01

Healthy Patients & Communities

  • • Access to essential nephrology medicines
  • • Affordability initiatives
  • • Product quality and patient safety
  • • Community investment (linked to CSR)

02

Healthy Planet

  • • Carbon footprint baseline (Scope 1, 2, eventually 3)
  • • Water stewardship at partner manufacturing sites
  • • Waste reduction and circular packaging
  • • Responsible sourcing

03

Healthy Vyapitus

  • • Workforce: D&I, wellbeing, learning
  • • Business ethics and anti-bribery
  • • Data privacy and cybersecurity
  • • Product safety oversight and product quality

Environment

Where we measure first.

As an organisation built around partner manufacturing, our direct Scope 1 footprint is modest, but our Scope 2 (purchased electricity) and especially Scope 3 (supply chain, distribution, employee travel) emissions are material.

We are in the process of establishing our environmental baseline. Once measured, targets will follow. Disclosures will be made in our first ESG / Sustainability Report.

Reporting roadmap

  • FY26: Baseline measurement across Scope 1 & 2.
  • FY26–27: First ESG / Sustainability Report.
  • FY27 onwards: BRSR-aligned disclosure (post-listing) and Scope 3 expansion.

Social

People, safety, communities.

Our workforce

Field force, medical affairs, supply chain, quality, regulatory, corporate functions. We invest in structured learning and development with a focus on nephrology and transplant medicine.

Diversity, equity & inclusion

We aim for diverse hiring across functions and seniority levels and report transparently on workforce composition once the workforce reaches the scale at which the metric is meaningful.

Anti-harassment

A formal POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) policy is in place. The Internal Committee composition and reporting channels are detailed in the policy document.

Governance

The plumbing that makes the rest credible.

Business ethics & anti-bribery

Our Code of Conduct, Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption Policy and Whistle-blower mechanism govern how we work. All policies will be published in the Investors section.

Data privacy & cybersecurity

A DPDP-Act-2023 compliant privacy posture, a hardened web architecture, and breach-response procedures align with our commitment to keep patient and partner data safe.
